Definition: Fees (Commissions)

Typically a brokerage charges a commission and then a much smaller, additional fee that covers regulatory and exchange fees. Wingman sums both together and labels the total as "Fees".

And Realized P/L already includes commissions/fees, so you don't need to adjust it. Your brokerage platform likely does not include the commissions/fees in your P/L (they want you to think you made more than you did).
